Welcome to our new Investigators

The Medicines Discovery Institute wants to welcome a new group of Investigators to its research team. We are looking forward to working with Drs Dayne Beccano-Kelly, Helen Pearson, Owen Peters, Michaela Serpi, Yasir Syed and Catrin Willams all from Cardiff University. These Investigators will help broaden the MDI research portfolio in neurodegeneration, anti-microbials, protein degradation and cancer. The team is an excellent example of the interdisciplinary approaches used by the Institute across the Cardiff University campus in the search for novel medicines to treat rare and underserved diseases.
